The Department of Biomedical Sciences Assisted Reproductive Technologies (ART) Master’s program is seeking applicants for a research associate. The primary responsibility of this position will be assisting in the training of these graduate students in in vitro embryo production and associated technologies as well as some lab management responsibilities (preparation of media, equipment maintenance, quality control, etc.). This position will also involve supporting research efforts in the lab which may include in vitro embryo production, superovulation and nonsurgical embryo recovery, artificial insemination, embryo transfer, and a variety of embryo micromanipulation and molecular studies. The successful candidate must have a valid drivers license by the start date as driving is required for collection of specimens and other work purposes.
