Richard Fayrer-Hosken - Partner Society Travel Fund

The Partner Society Committee has established a fund to bring representatives of new potential Partner Societies and early career representatives from existing Partner Societies to the IETS Annual Conference. Fayrer-Hosken's mission as the founder of the Partner Society was to engage and foster partnerships around the world, bringing new societies into the IETS circle.

Applicants will need to provide the following documents to apply:

  • Paragraph on why you are submitting a nomination
  • Letter of Intent
    • Partner Society's research interest
    • Educational advantage of attending the IETS Annual Conference
    • Career path
    • What impact will your attending the IETS Annual Conference have on you and
    • your Partner Society?

Winners will receive $1,000 travel reimbursement and free meeting registration. The winner will attend the Partner Society luncheon, where they will represent their society. Applications are due by September 15, 2023, with decisions announced by October 1.
