POSTER SESSION SCHEDULE
- Session I: Monday, January 19, 2026 | 15:30-17:30
- Presenters: Odd-numbered abstracts (e.g., 7, 9, 11), student competition finalists, and undergraduate finalists.
- Judging: Odd-numbered posters in the CSIRO Best Poster competition.
- Session II: Tuesday, January 20, 2026 | 09:00-11:00
- Presenters: Even-numbered abstracts (e.g., 8, 10, 12).
- Judging: Even-numbered posters in the CSIRO Best Poster competition.
During your poster session, one or more of the corresponding authors are expected to be present to discuss your work with attendees and answer questions. Posters must be available for viewing during the entire conference.
POSTER SPECIFICATIONS
Your poster must adhere to the following dimensions:
- Height: 120 centimeters
- Width: 80 centimeters
- Orientation: Portrait
Please ensure your poster does not exceed these dimensions, as display space is limited.
The top of the poster space should include the abstract number, title, authors, and affiliations. The lettering for this section should be at least 1 inch high.
PRESENTER RESPONSIBILITIES
All poster presenters are required to
- Bring your own printed poster to the conference.
- Mount your poster in either the Taboga or Contadora room on the board with your poster number no later than Sunday at 07:00 (presenters will be given double-sided tape to mount their posters).
- Remove your poster promptly after 13:30 on Tuesday.
- Take your poster with you when leaving the conference.
Important: IETS is not responsible for your poster at any point during the conference. Please plan accordingly for transport and storage.
